Getting out of the water?

Apparently in the 1760s some Scottish engineer, James Watt, built a steam engine that pumped water from mines three times as quickly. He also crated a rotary engine which would be used to drive machinery with steam power! We are getting out of the water people! Steam power can finally be used to spin and weave cotton. These steam engines are powered by coal, that's why we see all the factories moving away from the waters.
